Compassionate Support for Your Recovery
Are you beginning to question your relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other unhealthy behaviors? Or do you struggle with chronic relapse despite your best efforts to make changes? Often, habits and substances that once made us feel good or safe become problematic and difficult to control. Reducing or eliminating ways of being that no longer serve us maybe necessary to improve our quality of life. Making these changes and navigating recovery can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone.
Through empathy and connection, I provide compassionate recovery support that enables you to draw from your own inner strength and wisdom. I utilize a trauma informed, harm reduction approach. Together, we can work to decrease the need for substances and behaviors that interfere with your growth, relationships, and overall satisfaction with life.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space, with an emphasis on creating a strong therapeutic alliance. Your peace and healing are the focus of my practice. Saturday and evening appointments are available. To learn more or explore if I'm the right therapist for you, please contact me for a telephone consultation or email.
